I have been having conversations with several people about grooming lately, and it seems that certain people tend to find a good groomer and stick to them.
I take both Paddington and Corduroy to be groomed at Bark and Fitz. They have been groomed at both the Westboro and Kanata locations and the groomers there are wonderful. I have taken them to Petsmart before and not been impressed – I found the room to be extremely stressful and I wanted my dogs to have a good experience when being groomed, rather than a tense time. I don’t even take them there to get their nails trimmed anymore and we live within walking distance.
I have never had a bad experience at Bark and Fitz and the groomers take the time to get to know you and your dogs which I also really like. Corduroy usually goes in for a full groom, where Paddington only really needs their Bath and Tidy service.

I took my dog to one of the Groomingdales. While I thought the groomer was very good the grooming facilities were really dirty and so I didn’t want to go back there again. The next time I went to Bark and Fitz in Kanata and it was much cleaner.
I always take Skittles to Petsmart. But I do find the type of groom varies, since you rarely get the same person. So just because you liked the fur trim last time, doesn’t mean you’re going to get the same thing. That being said, I’ve never had a bad experience there. Skittles seems to enjoy it, but I can see how more timid dogs might be frightened by the experience. Also, I’ve been told the price is high. I’m currently looking for a different groomer, since I can’t afford Petsmart right now. It would be nice to have a constant groomer, someone to develop a relationship with Skittles and know her by name when she comes in. Someone Skittles can look forward to seeing and spending grooming time with. Maybe I’ll look into Bark & Fitz
I don’t believe Ottawa dog blogger’s should use this site to start critizing dog groomers. I meet one groomer at a dog park and told me my husky mix needed to be groomed every season (4X) a year. Well that wasn’t the information I sreached out to find. And I am not going to use the groomers name in a public format.
Stick to “Who is your favorite groomer in Ottawa” and why.
I see nothing wrong with Ottawa Dog Blog starting up such a discussion. People should have the right to express their opinion on any service that they pay good money for. I’m no expert, but I do know that any dog with a furry coat such as huskies and huskie mixes really do need a bath & tidy once a season to get a good brush out and the under coat blown dry with a high velocity dryer, especially if these dogs spend some time indoors. This helps with shedding and makes them more comfortable so no tight undercoat is formed. The bath itself is like massage therapy and being handled by a kind and caring groomer makes it a pleasurable experience for the dog. Everyone wins and you end up with a nice smelling happy dog with less fur to shed in your home.
Thanks Ottawa Dog Blog for letting us share our”grooming stories”. I agree that we should be sharing success stories and stick with the positive. If people are looking for another alternative or grooming establishment, they can at least refer to your blog before they begin their search.
This is a great service that you are providing FOR FREE. You are not forcing anyone to read this posting or forcing anyone to comment.
By the way, I think that Paddington & Corduroy look marvellous. I’m sure they appreciate the fact that you took the time to find a salon that you are all comfortable with and that they get groomed in familiar surroundings.
Your right you are no expert. I did my research and huskies and mixes do not need a bath&tidy once a season. Nor do they smell.
Let’s stick to “Who is your favorite groomer in Ottawa”.
I didn’t use anyone’s name….there are several Groomingdales in the city. I actually liked the person who groomed my dog there very much, I just wasn’t happy with the level of cleanliness there.
People, people, people…I had a feeling this was going to happen when I read Liz’s posting! I think this blog is wonderful – we can share ideas and opinions – but maybe we should be careful who we criticize or how we do it (just to cover our own butts
In so far as how often I get Kira groomed – I hope I’m not being a bad doggie momma, but I just keep an eye on her (nails, hair growth on foot pads, etc) and take her in when she seems to need it!
Research is research. Being exposed to a grooming salon on a weekly basis, I’ve seen the results of getting ‘furry dogs’ who shed groomed once a season. The positive results are only to be taken in consideration. I was only defending the mystery dog groomer’s advice that you met at the dog park. Remember that she obviously said what she feels was good advice. That’s what advice is by the way–take it or leave it, it’s not meant to put down how you choose to take care of your dog and your own needs. For some people, getting furry shedding dogs groomed once a season helps them deal with the shedding. I was not assuming that your dog smells or looks ‘untidy’, I was just explaining the benefits of getting an occasional B&T. Enjoy this beautiful sunny winter day with your pooch Debbie!
Bejeepers would possibly have a heart attack if I took him to a groomer. I would love to be able to take him eventually though. Right now, I do all the grooming at home. Luckily he is a medium shedder and weighs under 9 lbs. I pop him in the kitchen sink for a shampoo, clean the ears, trim the toe hair and nails and let him air dry for 24 hours. I like the idea of a DIY Grooming station type place, I know they have them in halifax. Are there any in Ottawa?
Natalie – I think that Bark and Fitz has a U-Bath option where you can use all of their equipment. I think there is also another place too but I can’t seem to find the business card…
There’s one on Wellington, called Dogz I think. Although, I’ve tried to go there a few times and they’ve been closed during regular hours. Not sure what’s up with that. Also, there’s a pet wash inside a car wash in the Glebe. Trying to remember where exactly, there are signs for it, it’s just off Bank St. Might actually be Glebe Ave. Hmm…
There is also a do-it-yourself dog wash on Carling, I think it’s in a car wash. I’ve never used it…I think i’ll try it this summer
I let my dog get groomed at Petsmart and while she looked pretty good afterwards, I thought the price was way too high. Also-It was disconcerting to hear some of the groomers yelling at some of the dogs when we arrived.
I have a 3 year old Standard Poodle and take her in to Dogging It in Kanata as well as the one in Bells Corners. They have done every cut from the town and country to the teddy bear cut… even a mohawk at one point! I think they do a great job and the service is fantastic. They’re prices are amazing it cost me 80 at petsmart and 65 at Dogging It. Great experience!
We bring our Samoyed to March Road Pet. Keymo’s groomer is Kristen.
She’s been grooming him since we got him and she goes beyond – you KNOW – Sammies have a LOT of fur!
Prices are fair. Open lots of hours to accomodate your schedule.
Pam Casselman of Pam’s Pooch Parlour is a wonderful dedicated professional that helps out so many rescues that come into various organizations in Ottawa. You can always count on a good quality job and a pleasant environment. http://www.pamspoochparlour.com
Thanks again Pam-the work you do with all dogs is fantastic!
I highly recommend Bark and Fitz in Westboro. My girl Boo is shy and they are just wonderful and patient with her. I tried taking her to Petsmart and it was a not a good thing. They did a good job but the next time I tried to take her she started shaking so hard when I got her there that I decided not to leave her and the lady at the counter got very upset and became very rude.
Finding a good groomer that is both competent and makes your dog feel comfortable is hard to find. Once you have found one stick with them.
I would not recommend Dogging it in Bells Corners for grooming. We got our dog groomed there and it look like someone had rushed the entire job. Many areas of the dog’s coat had tuffs of hair not cut and different lengths. I’ve goomed years ago and this was not what I would expect for a basic cut. Still looking for a good groomer.. The doggy day care looked good.
Hi there,
I highly recommend Karine’s K9s(Westboro). Karine (the owner) has a separate shop in the back of her house. The groomers are fabulous. I took my dog to 3 other groomers before this one so I did a bit of “shopping” around. I am extremely happy with their service. They are caring, professional, and timely. My dog is a Lhasa and is frequently complimented on his great clip!
I took my yellow Lab to Dogging It in Bells Corners and they were amazing. Most times my dog has a traumatic experience when being groomed but they were patient and ensured the grooming was stress free. Also very clean and friendly. i am going to try theri Day Care next. it looks like fun.
I second the mention of Pam Casselman of Pam’s Pooch Parlour. Not only is she an outstanding groomer, she is also a champion dog trainer. As a consequence, her knowledge and excellent handling techniques when dealing with nervous and skittish dogs and puppies who need a special grooming touch is exceptional in my experience. So your dog not only does benefits from her gentle touch, But Pam also does a great job with grooming at the right price. She is located in the Nepean/Barrhaven area.
I recently took my golden doodle to Dogging It in Kanata and was totally satisfied with the grooming done by Laura( the groomer). The prices are amazing. They only charge $5.00 for nail trimming! Our dog, Sammy had fun in the daycare area after he was groomed.I understand they have a daycare/salon in Bells Corners also.
My absolute favorite groomer for my Maltese is at Bark & Fitz in Westboro. Her name is Darby & she is absolutely wonderful. Her work is consistent and the price is very reasonable.
Out of location convenience, I went to DOGZ on Wellington once. I (and others I’ve spoken to) had a horrible experience there – nasty owners, very unprofessional. I will never stray from Darby EVER again!
I use House of Pet on Walkley Road. They are professional, clean. They dont use cage dryers and it is a family run business. They have a lot of knowledge about massage and will give pets a massage and aromatherapy. Paws up!
As for Groomingdales, I took Bubba once to their location on Carling Ave. Never again. I stuck around and they made unprofessional comments about my dog, as he whimpered. The facility was dirty and they were rude. Paws down on this one!
I took my dog to Dave at Groomingdales. My dog came back limping. I found out later from a friend who was a former employee of that pet value that Dave had hurt many dogs in the past. I filled with the Humane Society shortly there after and this was not the first complaint against him there! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS TO THIS MAN!! I now use a home groomer where I can stay with him.
We have a 4 yr old min. schnauzer – Rosie – and went to a number of groomers who wanted to cut her hair in the traditional ’schnauzer’ cut, but we find that cut is quite severe…. we finally found Hollywood Hounds in Orleans who give her a puppy cut and since Roie’s ears are rather short, I find, they groomed her in such a way that the hair has grown out and she ends up looking more like a poodle which we like. They’re very flexible there and reasonable, I find.
I take my Golden Doodle to Dogging It in Kanata. We use them for their Daycare service and grooming. They are so friendly and it’s all open concept which makes me more comfortable leaving him there! Not to mention they only use the cage dryer for 10 mins and the rest is hand dried. They call me when he’s done and remember me by name. It’s a personal experience that both of us appriciate!!
A third for Pam and Pam’s Pooch Parlour. (Not so much for the other woman that used to work for Pam for a time but she seems to be gone now). When I lived in Barrhaven she was great with my Golden Retreiver. Such an excellent job on the paws and leg feathering!
Now I live between the Bark and Fitz in Westboro and the Dogzspa on Wellington. I chose to try the Dogzspa as it was slightly closer. It was a mistake. I gave them two chances and neither time was I satisfied with the cut so now I go back to Pam, even though its a 20km drive. That said, neither time were the owners nasty and it is a clean shop. As a matter of fact they accomodated me during off hours once, which was quite nice. It’s just too bad the cut wasn’t that good. Good service goes a long way, but you gotta deliver the main goods eventually.
For my cocker we took her to the Kanata animal hospital where they do Grooming, and every time we went there the prices were too high and my dog was caged, we could hear her crying from the parking lot. So we heard about Bark and Fitz in Kanata so we tried there, my dog is so happy and the people there are great, i have never had better service in my entire life. Prices are great too, i used to pay $80 and get charged extra if we needed to leave her there for an extra hour. I now pay $40 and she is able to run around, mind you if you request not to be put with other dogs they do that too. And when she was done she looked and smelled amazing!!!! I highly recommend Bark and Fitz in Kanata…
Someone had asked previously about the DIY-bath options…
http://www.k9commonscents.com/index.html
or i guess the new name Ottawa Canine Rehabilitation & Aquatics Centre,
has a very nice enclosed room for bathing/drying in the back. Keep in mind, my facilities need to be able to handle a 140lb Leonberger, so i might have more stringent requirements. Very nice stainless steel tub, that you can stand with your feet under so you don’t need to bend, sump pump to mix the soap and water for easy spraying into a heavy coat. and then the enclosed room so when you blow the hair dry, it stays relatively contained.. hah.
Any place that has a “tub” as in a white/person type tub, i’m sorry, that’s not a proper bathing station.
Mind you, if your dog fits in a sink. Well, you guys should try giving my guy a bath.

I love taking my dogs to Carol’s Grooming, the girls have a great sense of humour and this seems to put the dogs and owners at ease. The place is so cute with paintings on the walls and it always smells nice. (unlike soom other places I’ve been to.)
My Westies always look great, Patti is a westie expert in my book.
Taffy is a six year old Sealyham Terrier who we absolutely love. A Sealyham is NOT a schnauzer nor a westie but has a distintive cut – particularly the head, from the other terriers. It, unfortunately, is not a well-known dog although it has won its class as well as best in show at Westminster Dog Show. Now… for my problem,it there anyone in Ottawa or area who has a Sealy and can give me tips on how to explain to a groomer about the face, in particular? Bark and Fitz has done the best job and I can say, I have tried a few!
I’ve groomed a couple of Sealyhams, and yes the face is alot different. i’ve seen them done in schnauzer clips before and it doesnt’ look right.,
I’m a certified master groomer, and the owner of Carol’s grooming. give me a call and i can give you tips on explaining the head pattern to groomers.

I stopped taking my dog to Groomingdales in Kanata when Dave was there. A very bad experience. Our dog was so traumatized by the experience that he was shaking when we took him to be groomed. The new groomers Melissa and Manon are wonderful and so patient with him and us and it is very clean now. They also groom at the Stittsville Pet Value. I would highly recommend them.
I live in Carleton Place Ontario and I’ve been having a hard time fining a good groomer that has reasonable hours. Finally I found Integerity Kennels in Blacks Corners just outside Carleton Place. Tera was great with Hemmi and I don’t think fe has ever looked so good. She is open early in the morning so I was able to drop him off in the morning and pick him up on my way home.
Thanks again Tera I have finally found a groomer I trust.

I have an English Springer and am looking for a good groomer in the Kanata/Stittsville area who is familar with how to give a springer a short clip. Did have a groomer I was taking him too, but this last time he came home with his skin cut up so don’t feel I can take him back there. Please help.
thanks
Donna
Both our big baby boys are soooo happy when they know they are going to see Laurie from TLC Grooming & Sharpening Services! The youngest, Kraven, had a first bad experience with his nails but ever since meeting Laurie he has gained confidence and even looks forward to getting his nails done!
I also had a bad experience with Groomingdales. If I had read the postings here I would never have taken my dogs there.
I have two miniature dachshunds and they don’t normally like having their nails cut by me, let alone by anyone else. We wanted to find someone nearby who we could trust to do it, so we tried Groomingdales as they are close to home. I was surprised when they told me that they were no longer operating out of a shop, but from the basement of a house. Alarm bells should have gone off then but I gave them the benefit of the doubt – perhaps they were trying to save on the overhead of having the shopfront in these difficult financial times. Anyway, when we arrived, the place was covered in fur and did not look at all clean and neither did the man (I am unsure of his name, as this was a couple of months ago now), but again we gave him the benefit of the doubt as he claimed he had a fondness for dachshunds and had actually showed and bred them in the past. Once he started the trimming, we realized we’d made the wrong decision. He was not gentle with the dogs at all, even though we warned him that our little girl has a bad back, and he must have cut the quick on at least two claws on each paw of EACH dog. I was horrified. My partner had bloody claw marks on his shirt when we came away and the dogs were totally scared to death and took all evening to calm down.
Needless to say, never again.
We recently found Carol’s Grooming on the corner of Prince of Wales and Baseline. From the moment we walked in we knew we’d made the right decision. No matter who you see, they are friendly and have a great “bed-side” manner with the dogs. Our two still don’t like having their nails done, but it’s all over so quickly they are fine again within minutes. I would highly recommend Carol’s Grooming to all of Ottawa’s dog owners – and the current $5 nail trim charge is a winner as well!
I Hi everyone,
I am writing this comment in regards of the Groomingdales in Kanata and Stitttsville location.
I know alot of you have had issues with the previous groomer in kanata. A man called Dave. I just want to inform everybody that Dave no longer works for Groomindales. I know that he has told everybody that he owned groomingdales and that is wrong. Groomingdales is a trademark name owned by pet value and all the groomers that work there are contractors and do not own anything in there but their equipment.
Just to keep the facts straight , he never even put a foot in the stittsville location. The groomer that is there now has been there since the opening of that store. I know the new groomer that opperates the kanata and stittsville location her name is melissa. I would appreciate if everybody woyld stop linking groomindales with this incompetant man. He no longer has anything to do groomingdales and probably never will again. I would just like everybody to judge this new groomer for her talent and not the previous groomer who was there. Melissa is a kindhearted woman who loves animals and is there for the animals. She has the patience of an angel with animals. anyways i think i have said enaugh and hopefully you will try them out so you can judge for yourself
Hi everyone. I have a “schnoodle” poodle/schnauzer mix and I’m looking for a groomer who won’t make him look like a fluffy poodle. Not that I have anything against the poodle look, but it just doesn’t match his personality. :] If anyone knows of a place that is somewhat familiar with schnoodle looks, I’d really appreciate some help! Location doesn’t matter – I am willing to drive anywhere for a good groomer!
Thanks :]
mellabobella,
I suggest giving YOUR PET PALACE at 78 Beechwood Ave. a call 613-747-6568. I have been taking my dog there for years and have always been happy with their work and they way they treat their doggie and kitty clients.
Be prepared to book well in advance as they are often booked up a week or more ahead.
I have a shnoodle and I bring her to the Groomingdsle’s in Kanata and stittville to Manon and Melissa and i also do not like the poodle look on my shnoodle, they do a wonderfull job and they are so nice to the animals they work at both and it is only the 2 of them there numbers are Kanata 613-599-6873 or Stittville 613-836-5998
I would just like to commend the groomers at the Kanata/Stittsville store (Pet Value)that if it were not for the two (Melissa)(Owner) and (Manon) (second groomer)of them my Border Colie Sheperd Mix would have not been groomed at any other store again. Asta who was groomed by Dave the previous owner was somewhat abused by him and now is scared to be groomed again. Now that I take her to Melissa and Manon she is calmer now and it now liking to be groomed. Thankyou Melissa and Manon.
Do not go to Carol’s Grooming for a nail clipping. She always sounds like she’s in a rush to close up the shop (as she usually does early if its not busy) and the last time I brought my little pug there to get a simple nail trim, it turned out to be one of my most horrifying (and puggy’s) experiences. She seemed to be in a rush to close shop, did not care much about my pug, my pug was strapped to the table terrified, and every nail was bleeding afterwards because she was impatient with puggy and cut all the quicks. My sweater and pants were stained with blood when I got home. She even had the nerve to say that my pug stank up her salon with her anal glands everywhere. Well I don’t blame puggy, the groomer (I’m pretty sure it was the owner) was SOO ROUGH with her, and did not care AT ALL about the job she was doing. DO NOT GET YOUR DOGS NAILS CUT AT CAROLS. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE DRENCHED IN BLOOD.
I recommend taking your pooches to Posh Puppies. Clean. Friendly service. Great people to pamper the pups.
http://www.posh-puppies.ca – I meant to include their website in my last post. Check out Posh Puppies if you want to and see if it’s the right one for you.
I had been to a couple of Petsmarts and my wheaten has not had a great experience at either. They are loud and stressful for her even though I have been satisfied with the cuts. I also took her to another groomer on Bank street a couple of times and the cuts themselves were unsatisfactory. He would not listen to me and got more when I asked him to trim her muzzle a little more. Once I took her to a groomer on Pretoria st and a day later I discovered that the groomer had ‘cut’ or badly “shaved” the inside edges of both “flaps” of her ears when I noticed scabs with dried blood (approx 1/2 inch long on the underside of each “flap”). I had to take her to the vet for an ointment. I recently took her to Bark & Fitz in Westboro. Finally, my search is over. I have found a groomer who has done a really good job and my wheaten did not start pulling towards the door to get out when I took her into the store the next time (which she does when she walks into the vet’s office or the 2nd time we went into to a Petsmart grooming salon.)
Hi everyone. I have a 3 1/2 yr old female spayed Newfoundland rescue, weighing in at 137 lbs. Her first years were not at all good ones, but with the help of my good friend Sandy Benoit (Canine Touch & Tell), a thorough body check enabled me to design a specially-planned diet and low-impact exercise regimen for Bubbles, and I am happy to report that she is coming along really well. I am treating her to a “day at the spa” this week coming. She is going to be totally pampered by the in-house groomers at Carling Animal Hospital and I know that she will come out looking just like JOSH when he won the Westminster Best In Show. I have been reading all of your comments, and I certainly appreciate the extensive input. A good groomer for our best friend is like a good hairdresser for us. One bad cut and the money gets better invested elsewhere. It’s all in the quality of the establishment (i.e. cleanliness, modern and proper equipment, treatment of the animal, and the professionalism/friendliness that accompanies the overall visit. I trust that I have made a wise choice, as they have taken care of all of my pets for decades. I also have 4 cats from different rescue situations, and Bubbz treats them like her puppies. They just simply adore her to bits, but none of them more than I do, as she is my guardian angel and I will treasure her for all time.
Happy New Year to you all, pets included.
Just an update on Bubbles’ visit to Shana, one of the groomers at Carling Animal Hospital, last Wednesday, January 13, 2010. The reception she received from the pet owners who were seated in the waiting room when she entered it from the grooming area around 5:30 p.m. was just awesome! My beautiful black Newfoundland lady pranced ever so gracefully into the reception area and displayed a spectacular sample of an incredibly well-groomed Newf! She said “hi” to each and every one, and when she spotted me, of course, she just totally lost her “cool”. She was just so very excited and proud and yet still so graceful and charming to each of her admirers. Bubbz looks great, feels so good about herself and is just so happy to be loved and well cared for – finally. Her abounding enthusiasm and pride in herself will go far to her healing in body and spirit. I cannot find the words to thank you enough, Shana, for making Bubbz look and feel so gorgeous!
For those of you who unfortunately are experiencing issues with your groomer, I most highly recommend Shana (and Michelle too) at Carling Animal Hospital – Tel: 613-725-3439 or visit them for a virtual tour at http://WWW.carlinganimalhospital.com
All the best to each and every one of you, and your soulmate.
Hi everyone. Just wanted to give an update on the hunt for a groomer for my schnoodle.
I followed Julie’s advice and went to Groomingdales in Kanata, and they did an amazing job! Halladay left happy and about ten pounds lighter from all that fur she removed. I didn’t catch her name, but the groomer did exactly what we asked — no poodle look. :]
Mel
We have been going to Blue House pet grooming in Richmond for 5 years now…..the owner is AMAZING
with my dogs….very patient & always makes them
feel welcome!!!
I must say Doggy Day Spa is a great place to bring your furry pets….they do both cats and dogs. I bring my dog there and is very please. They are very friendly, spacious and clean place.
Its Prince of Wales and Fisher
I took my dog to Dogging It in Bells Corners and the groomer was very nice and great with my dog. I also got to leave my dog all day in the daycare. I would recommend them for grooming , plus they do nails $5! Such a great place!
I am certainly not pleased with Posh Puppies. I dont know what they did to my dog, Moka, but she suffered all weekend scratching. I took her to the vets and found that she had two terrible looking sores after the vet shaved her right to the skin and I had to listen to her cry. The vet had to provide a cream for her sores. I also cant believe that whoever groomed her cut her beautiful long eye lashes. Eye lashes are there for a purpose. Even her eye lids were red. I dont know how the person that did this got their grooming licence. I should be refunded the money for the cut and the vet bill should be paid by Posh Puppies. I definitely wont be bringing my dog back there and will not recommend it to anyone else. For that matter I will tell as many people as possible and hopefully it will be passed on.
Hi everyone!!
Im moving to Ottawa over the weekend! and im looking for the best groomer in town. Someone who will give my little yorkie a pleasent experience. Is there Spa/groomer anyone can recommend me. I wanna treat my little pooch to a fun and relaxing time.
or even independent home groomer???
I’ve taken my yorkie to Petsmart in the past and was not impressed. I had asked for a “puppy cut” and they practically shaved him down, i couldn’t even recognize him or the breed he was (i almost started to cry when i saw him). I decided later to give them a second chance, assuming that maybe it was bad communication the first time, but when i walked in to make an appointment, the lady there was frustrated while grooming and even called the pooch a rat!! i turned around and left!
I will never go there again!
ACF I go to the Groomingdale’s in Stittvile and Kanata to get my dog groomed there and the 2 groomers that are there do a great job and are so nice and caring . Also one of the groomers has a Yokie she brings her to work with her I think. Try them I am sure you will like them.
Go see Pam at Pam’s Pooch Parlour (Barrhaven). I am real picky about my dogs, and she did them beautifully. She listens to what you would like, and makes sure she takes the time to do a great job. And the price is really affordable – she runs her grooming shop out of her home, so it is a bit less expensive than other grooming shops. If you need any more info, contact me at beanzie@rogers.com
Dear lynnec,
I am the owner of Posh Puppies. I was so sorry to hear about Moka. As a fellow dog owner I completely understand your feelings and I want you to know we take these situations very seriously. We would have acted sooner if we had known about Moka’s condition. We will contact you immediately to make sure Moka’s every need is taken care of. Please be assured that if we have caused Moka any harm we will take FULL responsibility. Nothing is more important to us than the well being of our clients.
We’ve already noted on your file that you prefer Moka’s beautiful eyelashes stay right where they belong. If you choose to visit us again, one of our professional groomers will consult with you in detail to make sure we give Moka’s health and beauty the attention she deserves.
Please call us, email, or stop in anytime. Your feedback will help improve services for all of Posh Puppies customers. Thank you very much!
Mac & Crystal
I have taken both of my dogs to Dogging It a couple of times for grooming now. The girls there are always so pleasant and treat my babies with the love and care I would expect. I had tried a few shops before Dogging It but I feel like I have finally found the place that has all the personal touches I want and its clean too. If anyone is not sure where to go, give them a try, I’m very glad I did and so are my babies.
hi,
i wanted to let everyone know that there’s a great little grooming shop in Rockland! i took my laberdoodle to roxanne at man’s best friend. she was very kind, patient with him and best of all he didt look like a poodle after. i will definitely be going back!
