Liz is a dog lover and photographer living in Ottawa with her partner in crime/husband, Thomas, and three dogs; Paddington, a Maltese/Yorkie mix; Corduroy, a Maltese/ShihTzu mix; and Wellington a Yorkie/ShihTzu mix. She loves dogs, candy, milk, tomato juice, grocery shopping, shoes, movies and DVDs and most of all, her amazing hubby!

Interesting that they even mentioned the controversial issue of vaccinations. Although all-breed rescues are amazing .. I do genuinely feel that breed specific rescues are vital for communities. I would hope that every breed would have at least one or two in each province. That way there are familiar, experienced people who can best match future potential adopters with the right dog.
