(Ottawa Dog of the Week for April 2nd, 2012)

“This is Liberty named for the Freedom dogs that were rescued in a PRU Pupymill bust. We fostered her for Under My Wing Pug Rescue and could not let her go. Liberty is a very loving little girl and loves to give kisses!!! Glad she is finally home. The last picture is of Piper and Liberty at Pug Thaw 2012 hosted by Under My Wing. We got our first Rescue dog Phoebe on Valentines day 2009. The three of them make our Valentine’s day.” Libery’s Humans, Leonard and Tauney.

This dog is NOT up for adoption. The Ottawa Dog of the Week posts feature a family dog in Ottawa. Each week an Ottawa dog gets to be a star.
The Ottawa Dog of the Week dogs are from loving homes and are not available for adoption.

Sweet Libby! Rough start to life…but very happy ending! Lover her tongue
Liberty is a doll! Thank goodness for good people and good rescues!!
Cute Pup! I agree with Virginia’s about about rescuers! If anyone is interested in learning about First Aid for Pets, there is a course at Algonquin coming up that will provide you with some basic pet-care knowledge
