ADOPTING A DOG?
People who are planning to adopt a dog are needed for a physical activity and health study
You are eligible to participate in this study if you:
- plan to adopt a dog within the next 3 months
- live in a city or town in Canada
- are at least 18 years of age
- do not own a dog
- are not a professional dog walker
You will be asked to:
- Complete an online survey and wear a small physical activity monitor for 7 days at the start of the study and 10 months after you acquire a dog
- Complete a very brief online survey at 5 months
If you complete this study, you will receive:
- $10 gift card for completing online survey and wearing physical activity monitor at start of study
- $10 gift card for completing online survey and wearing physical activity monitor at 10 months
