BARK Rescue is now generously offering to pay the $10 entry fee for this event. Helen is a fantastic speaker and the evening will be well worth the effort. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
We have a beautiful, sunny, large open grooming room and we are looking for a full or part-time groomer.
We supply all the equipment, shampoos etc. The groomer is responsible for keeping the grooming room clean.
We have a brand new large stainless steel tub with shelf for small dogs and a walk-up ramp for large dogs. It is a 50/50 split arrangement.

Ottawa Dog Blog had the chance to interview local business owner, Deb owner of Pampered Pup Pastries.
Name: Pampered Pup Pastries
Location: Carleton Place, Ontario
Website: pamperedpupspastries.netfirms.com
What kind of dog business do you do?
My business is an in-home dog and cat bakery where we bake very healthy and de_lick_ious biscuits.
How did you get into doing dog-related business?
Pampered Pups Pastries was created when I had a dog-walking service for the town of Carleton Place, Ontario. I would bake yummy biscuits for my clients dogs and leave them at their homes at the end of the week for a special weekend treat. They became so pup-ular that I received requests from the dog owners to buy these biscuits on a regular basis. I approached a local store to see if I could stock their shelves with our new dog and cat treats. They were very receptive and the rest is history.
