This video made me all teary-eyed. This little guy’s determination is awesome – he wants to go see his best friend, a kitten! This video makes me smile. Friendship transcends all.

Every Friday I post a video about a dog. I love watching videos and I have fun posting them each week. If you love videos and can’t wait for my Friday postings, you have to check out Doggie Roulette.com. It is a website that randomly presents you with a dog video every time you visit. Such a neat idea!
Check it out here.

(Ottawa Dog of the Week for August 23rd/10)

“We got Tanner July 10th of last year at 8 weeks old. He has been a joy and a delight. He keeps us laughing. We call him our ‘empty nest’ puppy.
We try to keep his mind challanged and exposse him to as many new things as possible. He is always friendly and curious. He loves to greet visitors, but we are still working on him not jumping up on people.
He loves the snow and burying bones in our garden. He enjoys the many walks he gets around the neighbourhood and especially going out on the NCC trails with us. He gets a great kick out of digging in the snow and getting all the balls of snow hanging from his thick fur.
He graduated from puppy class last summer and we hope to enroll him in some more this summer and maybe add some agility training.
It has been fun posting to his blog which we started the day we brought him home. People say we really need grandchildren, but this is fine for us right now!” – Tanner’s mom, Anne.

(Ottawa Dog of the Week for August 9th/10)

“I’m Warf. I take my responsibility unseriously and laugh easily. Unlike my namesake, I am no Klingon warrior, but I can wag multi-directionally. When I’m not providing counselling or loafing around with friends, I enjoy bicycling, boating, swimming, and singing. Due to my heavy schedule and lack of pockets, my Mom has been trained to carry my business cards, and take my calls and emails for public appearances.” – Warf, as told to his mom, Janet
