Exercise-Induced Collapse in Labs

Dana from Happy Doggie Dog Walking alerted me to an article she wrote about Exercise-Induced Collapse in Labs.

Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC) occurs when a lab’s hind legs stop working and the dog is temporarily paralyzed. Essentially there is a decreased nerve transmission between a dog’s brain and his muscles after strenuous activity and excitement.
