I love comics by Oatmeal.com, especially because there are a few great ones about dogs. Below is the newest – How I See My Dog vs. How My Dog Sees Me. It sounds just about right. My favourite is the part about the eye of Sauron. Hehe.
Enjoy.

Holidays are a time to spend with your friends and family. That is a concept readily understood by this dog who had a habit of sneaking himself and his friends out of their kennels at night.
This is crazy:
A little cheesy, but I thought it was funny.

(Ottawa Dog of the Week for March 14th, 2011)

“Milo -The Man, The Legend
World, Meet Milo, a 9 year old Chihuahua type creature. Although many people have guessed at his origins, he is best described as a dog/seal/pig hybrid. Exactly where he came from, no one will ever really know. He has overcome many obstacles in his short yet eventful life including morbid obesity (due to hypo-thyroid disease/extreme food binging), pancreatitis and victim of incestuous head humping. Despite his many challenges, he remains a saucy little guy who walks with his head held high, his tail tightly curled and his bark sharper than a million little nails drilling into your head.
Favourite pastimes: leg lifting, napping, rolling in poop/ garbage/dead things, lying in the sun (preferably on a hammock).
Strangest pastimes: chirping, stealing toothbrushes of unsuspecting houseguests, sticking his entire head into houseguest’s shoes.
Favourite snacks: baby carrots, blueberries, anything he can get his little paws on.
Phobias: nail cutting, stretching joggers, running children…and anyone he doesn’t know.
Favourite people: Belle (his sista from another motha), Dan (ex flat-mate/pro dogsitter), human mom.
Aspirations: to be a weight loss coach and inspiration to fat dogs everywhere, to take over an entire queen-size bed, being Dog of the Week on Ottawa Dog Blog (check!)
Role model: Napoleon
Best known for: having the softest fur ever, having once eaten an entire burrito he stole from the garbage. ” – Milo’s Mom, Genevieve.
