If you have ever had a pet go through major surgery, you know what a troubling time it can be. When Paddington had her leg operated on to correct her Luxating Patella, I would have been a wreck if it hadn’t been for a friend whose dog had recently gone through a similar surgery.
I can’t imagine not having them there to ask certain questions and ease my concerns. I was lucky because most people don’t have a friend who has been through something similar. That is why I believe that The Adventures of Maeby’s TPLO blog is such a wonderful resource. It is an extremely detailed account of Maeby’s knee surgery.
